Autistic Female in a Neurotypical world

I started writing poetry when i was 11 years old, it was a way in which i could express my deepest thoughts and feelings. Especially when on my journey through the mental health system and experiencing long admissions to inpatient units across the country

Now i am discharged from hospital and living life within the community. I have decided to publish this book, which explores through poetry, my recovery, learning to accept myself and my diagnosis and learning to embrace autism and live a fulfilling life in the community.
