 Blogging my experiences as I begin to move to independence and discover myself after years spent in mental health hospitals, across the UK. Also featuring some of my craftwork, baking, and everything else in between.

When I started my transition from hospital to the community, I found it hard. There was not much online support or blogs that described transitioning. As an autistic, changes and transitions are hard for me and I couldn't help but think what about others going through similar. That was when Autiscalarecoverlisticcraftyaladocious was Born!
